This trip was absolutely fabulous. Food, accommodations, activities and staff were top notch. Our trip was highlighted by a fishing trip which yielded a trophy blue marlin and bull mahi mahi. Memories for a lifetime
Memories for a lifetime. Had such a great time. Eric was a wonderful host and the accommodations were fantastic. We got a large dose of Costa Rican culture, food, people and howler monkeys. Highly recommend!

Watch beautiful sunsets and enjoy the ocean
Eric took great care of our group of 10, with most meals at the larger house. This location is just a very short walk down to the beach to watch beautiful sunsets and enjoy the ocean. Tiki Hut just down the road for cocktails and lunch or dinner. Horseback riding on the beach and through the jungle was amazing. Deep Sea fishing off the coast of Nicaragua gave us a memory of a lifetime.

I went for another 10 day surf trip With Eric’s Surf Trips
I went for another 10 day surf trip With Eric’s surf trips in early August. Per expectations there was plenty of swell and Eric having coffee ready by dawn, and checking conditions to put us in front of good to great surf daily. Surfed a left handed point that I had never surfed, real fun, among other breaks. Really enjoyed my trip the new cabins and the food were excellent. Solitude, tranquility, & the best waves in Costa Rica
The surf trip was amazing! Excellent accommodations that were clean and comfortable. I stayed in the new cabanas that are strategically nestled near the waves yet offer solitude and tranquility. . The food was top-notch and ranged in variety. Eric and his team knows the ideal spots based on the conditions. They will get you into the best waves in Costa Rica! I’ll be visiting again & would most definitely recommend!!

I was in HEAVEN
WOW, where do I begin?! From the moment Eric knew our interest in traveling to Costa Rica he was very attentive and informative when it came to questions we had. Eric took his time to meet with us about the accommodations and even ask about the foods we like to make sure we were well taken care of. After months of planning, the day finally arrived. We were picked up from the airport and the rest was a breeze. The feeling of not having to worry about anything and letting Eric take the lead was amazing. Eric took us to all the great surfing locations and let me tell YOU… none of the surf spots failed us. Surfing from 3-4 hours at a time, 2 times a day. After our long surf sessions, the drive back to the home was peaceful as a table full of food was awaiting us. From the natural fruit juices to the well-prepared meals, I was in HEAVEN. Eric took us to the most beautiful places and made it a routine to watch the sunset at different locations, all with different beauty. The laughter we all shared on this trip is incomparable. Thank you Eric for being amazing and making this a trip we will never forget. Until next time, PURA VIDA!

Enjoyable, easy, and stress-free!
Wow! What an awesome trip! I’ve known Eric for many years now, but due to various other travel plans, I was only just recently able to hook up some buddies to book a trip with him. So happy that I finally did! While I’ve been to Costa Rica and all over Central America numerous times over the last 30+ years, I’ve always traveled with buddies on our own. Having Eric as our guide and host made things so enjoyable, easy, and stress-free! His knowledge of the area and the various breaks in the area is second to none, which put us at the right places at the right times!
The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and secure, not to mention just a short walk away to the quality beach break right out front! The food we ate was equally outstanding and of high quality, and it was both healthy and tasty!
The icing on the cake was Eric’s attention to detail and his obsession in making sure that we were having a great time! My only regret is that I waited so long to book a trip with him. Do yourself a favor, book your next trip with Eric…you won’t be sorry!

Surf-Filled Fun & Natural Beauty All Around
Well this was my second time to Eric’s camp, and I must say, we again surfed every day using his local knowledge of the conditions to move to the correct beaches. I really enjoyed the family atmosphere and proximity (1 min walk to excellent beach break). Good food, good vibes! When will my 3rd visit happen? Forever in my memory
We had the best time EVER! Home cooked local food was out of this world delicious 😋 The gorgeous black sand beach and waves right in front of the house are forever in my memory longing for the next time! Eric was an awesome guide with much respect from local people making us feel so comfortable. Our excursions were all exhilarating with a waterfall you can only see in the magazines! The views from the house while relaxing in hammocks by the beautiful vegetation makes you just say ahhhhh, never want to leave!! We WILL be back🌴🌊

Right On!
I really wanted to do a surf trip and ran into Eric at the beach one day, as an acquaintance he told me about his camp and that he would go back in a couple weeks, I checked his web site and was in. We surfed twice a day until the last day , when I had only enough left for one session. It was fun , clean and powerful the whole time, awesome. The food was as healthy and favorable as I could have hope for, simply great, the environment of the camp was beautiful and only a two minute walk to a killer beach break. Yes , I would defiantly go back, Eric was fun and very knowledgeable about surfing. In every facet. I now consider Him a friend , and trust that his future customers will dig their experiences.. He makes your visit his mission, to get you surfed out!

Great Surf & Lots of Fun!
With Eric by your side two things are guaranteed -GREAT SURF and LOTS OF FUN! Me and my friend had a hell of a time in Costa Rica with him. He asked lots of questions to find out what surf we liked and put us on it. After surfing Eric wants to know if you enjoyed the spot and if and how it could have been better. The accommodations are very comfortable and clean…from the great chef to the cold A/C. Every wish of ours was granted and nothing was too far for him. We are very thankful to have Eric with us at all times, because he not only took us to the most beautiful places we have ever seen, he also explained everything about Costa Rica to us, its culture, its religion and the people. We laughed a lot and just had a wonderful time. I really consider Eric a friend now and we will definitely come back! Thanks again for everything. Pura Vida!

Great Surf Trip!
I have been traveling to Costa the past few years now, and the last time I went, I went with Eric! Which was the best decision I could have made! Highly Recommended!
Eric knows the sickest places in Costa Rica to surf! I can’t believe all of the awesome waves we surfed all day every day! The food prepared daily by the in-house chef was delicious and totally hit the spot after a long day of surfing! If you want to go on a real Costa Rican surf trip, I highly recommend going with Eric!
